PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring the best talent matches for organizations while supporting professionals in their career development. By combining operational account management with a deep understanding of talent needs, the role drives business growth and long-term partnerships.

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within the staffing, recruitment, or HR services sector
- Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding commercial targets
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and labour market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- Salary between €2.650-€3.500
- Fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment for 40 hours per
- week
