PURPOSE OF THE ROLE 

The Community Manager is responsible for developing and executing an inflow strategy to attract candidates to the Community of Talent Sourcing Partner. On top of that, building lasting relationships that contribute to the long-term success and expansion of the organization.

OUTPERFORMING THE ROLE

As Community Manager, you are most successful when you take pride in helping candidates grow by identifying and acquiring their full potential. You understand the needs and challenges of our Community and you take the lead in accommodating their wishes. Your role is crucial in driving the community’s growth.

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (ICP) ACCOUNTABILITY
    • Optimize assigned ICP’s to maximize candidate success. Challenge the ICP’s through benchmarks and extensive research
    • Continuously increase knowledge of assigned ICP’s
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates
    • Create an ongoing inflow of assigned ICP’s

  • INFLOW STRATEGY
    • Take ownership of different marketing initiatives to attract your ICP’s
    • Manage a marketing budget to shape the candidate inflow strategy Think of:
    • Engage Research Associates
    • Establish partnerships
    • Attend or organize events
    • Use your own creative input
    • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and talent needs and actively connect with external expertise

  • CANDIDATE JOURNEY
    • Conduct introductory interviews and update calls with candidates
    • Ensure a seamless candidate experience
    • Support candidates in their career development and job transitions
    • Ensure high levels of candidate satisfaction
    • Act as a trusted advisor to candidates
    • Work closely with internal teams to optimize efficiency and effectivenes

WHO ARE YOU

  • You hold an HBO or WO degree
  • You have 0-2 years relevant experience in a client facing role
  • You are fluent in Dutch with proficiency in another language

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

  • Salary dependent on experience level;
  • Fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment for 40 hours per week;
