How we celebrated 15 years of growth and look ahead

On November 6 we celebrated the fifteenth anniversary of Talent Sourcing Partner. Together with clients, colleagues, alumni, friends and family we looked back on a period in which early career talent and strategic talent sourcing have played a key role in the growth of many companies.

During the event, Bart Snijders and Sven Prevoo shared their perspective on tech savvy talent and the growing impact of AI on the future of work. Their insights raised an important question? How can companies prepare for a labour market where adaptivity, digital skills and character increasingly set teams apart? And what role does early career talent play in building agile, future ready organisations?

The evening highlighted the value of long term partnerships in a market that is constantly evolving. In conversations with clients and alumni it became clear how essential it is to approach talent strategically when driving business growth and how our way of working helps align ambition with culture.

Alongside the content sessions there was room for connection during the walking dinner and the many conversations that reflected fifteen years of collaboration, learning and building together.

This milestone is not a finish line but the start of a new chapter. The demand for talent solutions continues to grow and we remain committed to connecting early career talent with companies that want to move forward.
