PURPOSE OF THE ROLE 

As a Marketing Associate, you ensure that our marketing efforts not only look fantastic but also hit the mark perfectly. You support the creation of engaging presentations and visual content that strengthen the identity of TSP, Studentflex, and TalentSpark. You outperform the role when you proactively take ownership of the brand's visual identity, dive into social media analytics to improve reach, and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas for thought leadership.

KEY RESULT AREAS

Content Creation & Visuals

Filming, creating, and editing video content (using tools like CapCut) for the web, social media, and client presentations.

Social Media Management

Managing channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including creating content calendars and designing visuals via Canva.

Copywriting & SEO

Writing and optimizing website content, landing pages, and blog posts in both Dutch and English.

Marketing Support

Preparing and designing convincing presentation templates and developing materials like banners, flyers, and booklets.

WHO ARE YOU

• You are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or Design, or you have similar experience.  
• You have a keen eye for design and are highly proficient with tools like Canva and Google Presentations.  
• You are creative, independent, and bursting with fresh ideas.  
• You work in a structured manner and possess strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
