With our rebranding, we put this mutual growth at the center and show who we are today: a partner that looks beyond CVs and builds sustainable connections based on character, potential, and ambition.

Why this step:
Over the past years, we have evolved from a staffing agency into a strategic partner for growth. This means we no longer just place talent but also advise companies on how to sustainably integrate young professionals. At the same time, we guide students and young professionals with coaching and training focused on personal development, and on competencies that fit increasing digitalization and customer focus. We also organize events that connect talent and companies and strengthen our Community. Our new brand structure and visual identity better reflect who we are today and where we are heading.

What is changing:
Our services now come together under Talent Sourcing Partner (TSP). From TSP, we focus on companies. We help start-ups, scale-ups, and growing organizations attract and engage early career talent to drive sustainable growth. For candidates, we work with two labels you may already know: 

• StudentFlex: This label has existed for over 15 years and now has a fresh new look. Our approach remains the same: we are here for ambitious students and recent graduates who want to gain relevant work experience through flexible jobs. We match on personality, competencies, and character, collaborating with companies that are tech-driven and customer-focused.

• TalentSpark: This is the new name for High Potential Academy. Under this name, we continue our mission to support young professionals in taking their first or second career step. Through coaching, training, and events, we provide a springboard for further growth. This means not only finding the right job, but also ensuring both personal and professional growth.

What remains the same: 
Our personal approach and focus on character over skills. We take the time to truly get to know talent and companies, because we believe that sustainable growth is the result of appreciating personality (character and competencies), not just experience or academic background.
