PURPOSE OF THE ROLE 

The Research Associate is responsible for identifying, engaging, and supporting talented students and young professionals in finding their ideal job within sectors such as Fintech, AI, Medtech, Consultancy, and Finance. You proactively source candidates, build relationships and maintain our talent community to ensure optimal matches between talent and employers.

OUTPERFORMING THE ROLE

As a Research Associate, you are most successful if you're actively connecting top talent with the right opportunity and help companies find the right people at the right time.

You take the lead in sourcing and engaging talent, building lasting relationships and keeping our Community strong. By asking the right questions and staying curious, you create real matches that help both candidates and companies move forward.

KEY RESULT AREAS

Talent Acquisition & Engagement

  • Proactively source and connect with talent, using LinkedIn, personal networks, and our Community
  • Conduct intake calls to understand candidates’ ambitions, skills, and career goals

Community Development

  • Maintain and update our talent database for quick and efficient candidate matching
  • Support the expansion of our Community by engaging with talent on a continuous basis
  • Work closely with internal teams to explore our Ideal Candidate Profile

Stakeholder Collaboration & Insights

  • Engage with candidates, colleagues, and clients to fully understand their needs and challenges
  • Share relevant market insights and candidate trends with the team

WHO ARE YOU

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Psychology, HR, or related fields
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent development and/or HR services
  • Experience with sourcing talent (e.g., via LinkedIn or other platforms) is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable with digital tools, databases, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

  • Salary: 15 euros per hour

  • Option to work in a hybrid manner: 60/40 (office /home) including work-from-home facilities
