Our founders, our story
In 2010, Kasper and Maurits started with a simple but powerful belief: intrinsic motivation and character over skills should guide every hiring decision. Not just a CV, but curiosity and the person behind it create matches that are truly valuable and lasting.
What began out of curiosity has grown into Talent Sourcing Partner: a professional organization collaborating with established companies, startups, and scale-ups. Through StudentFlex and TalentSpark, we support ambitious students and young professionals in their careers and help companies grow with tech savvy ‘not-so-ordinary’ talent.
The foundation remains unchanged: personal conversations with real people. While others present stacks of CVs, we believe in our candidates and understand what companies truly need.
