For StudentFlex, we can often introduce candidates within a few days, as we work with an active Community we know personally. For TalentSpark, we take a bit more time to ensure the right match, but this is generally still faster than traditional recruitment.
We don’t select based on experience alone, but focus on character, motivation and cultural fit. We speak with every candidate personally and assess how someone fits within the team and organisation. This leads to more sustainable matches.
