No, you do not need any experience to get started. We are much more interested in who you are, what motivates you and what you want to learn. Experience can help, but it is definitely not required. Your attitude and potential are what matter most.
This is where we take the time to understand you. We do not just talk about your resume or studies, but ask about your interests, personality, ambitions and what kind of work gives you energy. That way we can match you with a company where you can feel at home and actually grow.
We always start with a personal conversation. We want to get to know who you are, what drives you and what your interests are. Based on that we do not just look at your experience or studies but at your character and what kind of environment helps you grow.
We usually get in touch within a few working days. Our goal is to keep things moving quickly so you know where you stand and can look forward to the next step.
After the conversation we look at the kind of work that fits your personality and interests. If we find a good match, we introduce you to a company and guide you through the process. If it clicks, you can get started quickly. We are involved before, during and after the match to make sure it really works.

We take your study schedule and availability seriously. Together we look at what works for you in terms of hours and flexibility. We only match you with jobs that make sense within your week, so you do not have to compromise on your studies or personal goals.
You can find jobs in areas like marketing, data analysis, customer service and operations. We always look at what fits your background and interests, so the work actually connects to what you want to learn or develop. It is not about filling roles, but about finding something that makes sense for you.
You will always have a fixed contact person (your Accountmanager) at StudentFlex. You can contact us anytime if you have questions, need advice or just want to share how things are going. We check in regularly and stay part of your journey.

Payroll tax credit reduces the amount of tax you pay.
You can apply it with one employer at a time.
When starting or leaving StudentFlex, you can change this via the wage tax form (requires handwritten signature).
To make changes, email backoffice@studentflex.nl
