The challenge at FitForMe
FitForMe is an international company specializing in the development and sales of supplements in the Obesity field, with a strong focus on health after bariatric surgery. As the company prepared for a rebranding to further expand, there was a clear need for additional support within the marketing team. In addition to long-term international support, FitForMe required short-term creativity and fresh input for the rebranding of their products and strengthening their brand. The challenge was to find professionals, who where available on short notice, who not only had the right skills but also fit seamlessly into FitForMe’s open and energetic culture.
Our approach
We didn’t start by sending CVs, we started by immersing ourselves in the company culture. We spent time on-site, spoke with team members and hiring managers, and gained a deep understanding of the company’s dynamics, ambitions, and energy. With this insight, we could clearly define what was truly needed: creative professionals who could switch flexible between strategy and execution and deliver value across multiple marketing projects in a short timeframe. Within three weeks of the first conversation with the hiring managers, we presented two candidates who perfectly matched the needs and culture of FitForMe. Both started as temporary support and quickly proved their added value.
The results
The collaboration resulted in two strong additions to the marketing team, professionals who not only excel in their roles but also bring energy and fresh ideas during a period of growth and change.
One of the candidates plays a multifaceted role combining UX, coding, content creation, and analytics. She manages and optimizes the website, improves landing pages, creates Meta ads, and is further developing her skills in Google Analytics. Her manager describes her as “smart, outspoken, and full of great ideas”, a young professional with strong potential who is already making a noticeable impact.
