The challenge of Quatt

Quatt is an ambitious Dutch scale-up, founded in 2021, with the mission to accelerate the energy transition both in the Netherlands and abroad. As a climate tech company, Quatt develops and installs AI-driven hybrid and electric heat pumps that help households quickly and affordably become more sustainable by drastically reducing gas consumption and CO₂ emissions. Thanks to its smart software, the heat pumps work seamlessly together with existing boilers.

Demand for Quatt’s heat pumps skyrocketed, and shows no sign of slowing down. More and more households want to make their energy use sustainable and lower their CO₂ footprint, fueling strong market growth. This rising demand made a scalable inflow of young talent in sales, support, and account management essential.

The challenge was attracting top talent that could hit the ground running; Especially during peak periods when staffing needs were highest, without compromising on quality.

Our approach

Talent Sourcing Partner set up a structured recruitment plan tailored to Quatt’s growth stage. To truly understand the company culture and make the right matches, our Account Manager and Community Manager visited their office. From our community of 15,000 students and young professionals, we selected the most suitable candidates.

By working proactively, gathering weekly feedback, and keeping communication lines short, we were able to quickly adjust and ensure quality. This guaranteed that Quatt had the right talent on board at exactly the right moment, keeping business running smoothly even during peak periods.

The results

Quatt found in Talent Sourcing Partner a sparring partner that actively thinks along about growth by placing the right talent in the right teams. Thanks to the speed and quality of the collaboration, Quatt was able to navigate peak periods effortlessly while also building a talent pipe-line for the future. Within two weeks of starting the partnership, three account managers were fully on board. To support the busy January peak, TSP filled five full-time positions in just four weeks. As proof of the strong culture fit, three talents transitioned into permanent contracts within seven months.
