The challenge at Snappcar

SnappCar is a car-sharing platform that allows people to rent out their own cars to others. With its community-driven approach, the company offers a sustainable alternative to traditional car rental and helps reduce the number of unused cars.

After years of rapid growth, SnappCar faced a new challenge: building a team that matched the company’s mission and pace.
